Hebrew Free Loan Association is excited to expand our collaboration with Allegheny County’s Financial Empowerment Center in 2025! We encourage everyone who lives in Allegheny County to sign up through the Neighborhood Allies/FEC website or by calling 412-390-1300 to meet with a financial coach for free, ongoing sessions. And if you don’t live in Allegheny County, that’s ok. Email us at info@hflapgh.org and we will share information on how to access a free financial coaching session.
And if you are applying for a loan with HFLA, you will need to have a recent budget so if you don’t have one, we encourage you to meet with a financial coach to help develop this and also see if you will be able to afford an interest-free loan without it being a burden on your other expenses.
HFLA has been fortunate, as part of our collaboration in JFunds, to have been able to offer access to free financial coaching sessions from Shay Port, CPA and Financial Coaching. If you previously worked with her or attended one of her webinars on the 3 Keys to Financial Freedom, if you are seeking additional coaching, please consider the FEC or contact us at info@hflapgh.org.
